How it all started…

It started few years ago, when Babsi shared her knowledge and passion about macrame with her friend Lukas. And since Lukas and Johannes had been living in the same ecovillage, it didn’t take long until Johannes also was infected. And because life was generous, Babsi and Johannes then met, and kept growing their love and passion. For knots, but also for many other things 😉

The fantastic creative process of combining only a few basic knots and still be able to create an enourmous wide range of beautiful things keeps us fascinated. We love to arrange new marriages between colored strings and gemstones and hope they will last forever.

Our paths found together in Winter 2018/2019, where we spent the Winter on Tenerife, living in caves directly at the ocean. We then started travelling together in Summer 2019 and made our way down to Greece, took over to Italy, Spain and just in time for the next Winter, back on the canaries.

All along our way we wandered through every flew-market we found, because you find the most precious, nearly forgotten, sometimes broken jewelry, which we can give a new live now. We spend days collecting the most beautiful stones and shelves at all the beaches we have been to and used every possibility to exchange with other artists we met.

We are looking forward to where our story will bring us next.
